Continuing Education
All employees in the company participate in OSHA safety training and equipment re-certification training throughout the year or as required. This ongoing training is crucial to maintaining our high standard of safety, ensuring that our team is always current with the latest safety protocols.
Weekly Toolbox Talks
Each week, or as the scope and conditions of a project change, a 15-minute tailgate safety talk takes place onsite between the foreman and the crew. During these talks, specific project topics are discussed, including recent injuries, unsafe acts, and safety concerns.
